About
Kyle Olive became a trial lawyer due to a deep-seated desire to help people that have felt unsafe, unseen and unheard. Kyle fights hard for clients that have been abused, tossed aside and ignored. His service as a Seattle lawyer has earned him numerous accolades on both a local and statewide level. He has been named a “Super Lawyer” by his peers 11 times. This is an honor that no more than the top 5% of lawyers in the state receive. He has also been recognized by his clients as a “superb attorney” on AVVO.

Born outside of Chicago, Kyle has spent the last several decades in the Pacific Northwest and has made his mark in numerous ways in Washington State. He attended Seattle University School of Law, where he served on the board of the Seattle Journal for Social Justice. After graduating with honors in 2004, he clerked for Justice Tom Chambers of the Washington Supreme Court. His commitment to public service also earned him multiple Pro Bono Public Service Commendation from the Washington State Bar Association. He also served as a volunteer attorney for the King County Bar Association’s neighborhood legal clinic for over 18 years.
In addition to pursuing justice for his clients throughout the Seattle-Tacoma-Everett-Bellevue metropolitan area and the Greater Puget Sound region, he also enjoys all of the outdoor pleasures the Pacific Northwest has to offer and savors his time away from work exploring the natural wonders of the region.
